YESTERDAY’S RECAP

If you missed yesterday’s AMPLIFY DAILY, I covered the 4 pillars that must be present, without fail…

If you’re an expert who wants to scale your automated income online via information products…

With low overhead, and without creating another job for yourself.

The 4 pillars in the online luminary framework…

  1. Organic Audience Building (Social media content creation and publication)
  2. Organic List Building (Qualified lead generation and lead capture)
  3. Warm Network Campaigns (Existing audience program launch and brand activations)
  4. Marketing & Sales Automation (Systematized, Perpetual, Event-Based Campaigns)

The Most Important Thing In A Small Business…

CATEGORY: CEO Level Insights

In today’s video, I’m covering what I now believe to be the single most important thing to a small business.

I’ve been a full-time business owner now since I was 19 years old…

And over that 25 years, I’ve obviously learned quite a bit.

Up until last year, if asked based on all my years of experience…

What I think is the most important thing for a small business owner…

I would’ve cited lack of focus or focus on the wrong things as the primary reason…

But in 2023, a really valuable lesson crystallized for me, and I couldn’t unsee the insight that I had…

Focus is NOT the most important thing…

From my perspective, the most important thing in a small business is MOMENTUM.

Momentum is forgiving…

You can be unfocused…

You can be unseasoned…

You can be unskilled…

You can have no processes…

You can have terrible customer service…

You can have terrible marketing…

You can have an awful sales process…

ALL OF THESE THINGS can be going wrong in the business…

But if you’ve got momentum, all is forgiven…

Momentum trumps EVERYTHING ELSE.

This isn’t to say that momentum doesn’t have a shelf life…

Or that you won’t accelerate the pace at which you lose momentum…

By disrespecting the people and things that brought you momentum in the first place…

But momentum makes up for your shortcomings…

And gives you the cash and recognition needed to address all issues…

Along with bringing in experts to close the gaps and create systems on the fly.
